Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.**Job Responsibilities:****Your Responsibilities**
• Develop work instructions for processing and assessing the quality of incoming
purchased components.
• Manage supplier quality issues to assure effective containment, corrective and
preventive actions are in place at the Supplier.
• Assess corrective actions received from supply base – follow-up and verify
implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions and record all objective
evidence to support closure.
• Maintain quality records, forms and documentation in accordance with quality
assurance systems and processes.
• Manage and support all supplier rating system deliverables, including
continuous improvements with appropriate supplier communications.
• Manage and assure compliance of meeting the IATF/Mafact requirements
relevant to suppliers and associated processes.
**Who we are looking for**
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years’ experience in quality, preferably in a automotive industry
• Knowledge of all quality concepts and phases including: APQP, DFMEA,
PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, Root cause analysis
• Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
• Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers
• Result oriented, convincing, pro-active and “can do” mentality**Your preferred qualifications**
