The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies driving the future of mobility, including vehicle access, intelligent vision systems, and advanced lighting technologies. Job Responsibilities:
Profile: Plan, support, and implement supplier development programs to identify risks and improve quality of purchased products. Evaluate, select, and develop supply base; assess new supplier technology for quality and productivity. Create and maintain supplier development policies and quality standards. Ensure supplier compliance with corporate quality standards. Serve as a technical liaison and coordinate internal and external resources. Provide problem-solving support to overcome obstacles. Lead continuous improvement projects for supplier development. Research and support implementation of new quality assurance processes. Responsibilities: Lead development activities for underperforming suppliers via the Top Focus process. Conduct onsite assessments of potential suppliers. Participate in supplier tech reviews. Monitor supplier performance and address underperformance. Support corrective actions for major customer events. Participate in and monitor the supplier APQP process. Conduct audits on suppliers and take necessary actions. Health & Safety Responsibilities: Follow safety and non-safety rules and regulations. Maintain quality and housekeeping standards. Report hazards, accidents, or non-compliance issues immediately. Participate in mandatory training and uphold workplace safety policies. Qualifications & Skills: Degree in a technical discipline preferred. 5+ years’ experience in electronics manufacturing. Ability to develop suppliers to meet OEM regulations. Experience in supplier evaluation, quality improvement, and issue management. Understanding of APQP/PPAP, IPC requirements, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001. Proactive problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Our Values:
