This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: Oversee the scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor and evaluate work and materials to uphold high quality control standards. Conduct construction inspections to verify that work aligns with contractual specifications. Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols on all project sites. Support the Project Manager in facilitating effective coordination between facility operations and trade professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Previous experience as a construction superintendent is required. Strong communication andcollaborative skills are required. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
