This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: SellCommercial Roofing services by way of working in conjunction with established and new commercial accounts. Establish daily schedules for creative and qualified leadactivity. Prospectingof sales. Development and maintenance of an active lead generation plan and anactive proposal backlog. Oversee telephone communications. Close sales by way of identifying and exceeding customer needs. Conduct thorough customerproperty inspectionsto determine the required systems. Operate within company policy. Assume the responsibility of account management. Confirmthe customer requirements by way of attending apre-job meeting. Target annual revenue goal: $1.5M+. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in B2B construction sales. Prior experience in commercial roofingis required. Proficiency in Zoho CRMor similar platforms. Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
