Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience to join our collaborative, high-performing team. Manage environmental assessment and remediation projects from planning through completion Coordinate and mentor cross-functional project teams, subcontractors, and clients Prepare and review high-quality technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submittals Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations Support and occasionally lead fieldwork including site investigations and remediation oversight Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables Maintain strong client communication and relationships, and contribute to business development Preferred Qualifications
5-8 years of professional experience
in environmental consulting, engineering, or related fields Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Civil or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field Progress toward or interest in LSP (Licensed Site Professional) certification highly desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Strong working knowledge of the MCP
(Massachusetts Contingency Plan) and associated guidance Familiarity with other regulatory programs (RCRA, CERCLA, NPDES) Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS, or similar tools is a plus Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites What We Offer
