Full-time position: 80 hours biweekly Evening Shift Job Overview:

Under the direction of the department manager/director, this position is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the department or area. This includes overseeing patient care outcomes, service excellence, human resources, fiscal management, quality improvement, compliance, and communication. The goal is to create a positive environment that fosters professional growth and retention. Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree 2-3 years of experience in progressive leadership in the Operating Room (RN, Surgical Technician, Surgical Assistant/First Assistant) Job Responsibilities:

Serve as a resource for equipment and instrumentation, assist in maintaining a master list, and identify needs for varied patient populations. Assist in coordinating hospital-wide Central Sterile Service Department activities to ensure service quality. Monitor sterilization practices, assist in policy formation, and enforce standards to ensure sterility of processed items. Develop and conduct training and educational programs for CSP techs and leads. Report incidents to the Director of Perioperative Services and through the safety system, ensuring policy adherence and updates. Working Conditions:
