Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Drive the evolution of MathWorks' parallel and GPU computing capabilities by providing expert feedback to development teams.
Support customers with advanced HPC and GPU workflows, including code optimization, scaling, and deployment on clusters, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and hybrid environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in parallel MATLAB codeandSimulink simulations.
Collaborate with a diverse global community of engineers, domain experts, and academic researchers.
In your first six months, you will:
Complete in-depth training on MathWorks products and internal tools
Partner with the Parallel Computing development team to influence product direction.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Additional Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify emerging customer needs in scientific computing, engineering simulations, or data-intensive applications.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
Working experience with parallel programming, MPI, OpenMP, or GPU computing (e.g., CUDA)is a plus
Working knowledge with cloud, containers, or experience with submitting parallel jobs to HPC schedulers (e.g., Slurm) is a plus
Proficiency using MathWorks products such as MATLAB, Simulink, and Parallel Computing Server is a plus
