Job purpose
Provide quality control support, ensuring that all beverages produced meet the required quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished beverages. Monitor and analyze product quality parameters (pH, sugar content, CO₂ levels, microbiological checks, etc.). Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results. Maintain proper records of all quality control tests and prepare daily/weekly reports. Support the production team in implementing corrective actions where deviations are found. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality control regulations and company standards. Contributes to continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality assurance system effectiveness. Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Lab technology, or related field. 1-2 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably from food or beverage laboratories. Good knowledge of quality control practices incl HACCP, GMP, etc. Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Competencies
High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Integrity and adherence to professional ethics.
