## Job Description# Test Development Engineer IILocation: **Tewksbury, MA (on-site 5 days)**Rate: **Negotiable Based on Experience*** Develop test hardware, software, and firmware from requirements through deployment* Identify and resolve test readiness issues throughout the development lifecycle* Ensure adherence to project budget, schedule, and performance goals* Support mechanical engineering and suppliers in test adapter design* Work independently or collaboratively within a team environment* Present technical work clearly in project status meetings* Support manufacturing operations with on-site troubleshooting and debugging* Pursue ongoing technical development and growth* Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)* Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience* Experience in electrical engineering design and/or software automation* U.S. Citizenship with active and transferable security clearance* Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance prior to start* Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills* Experience working effectively in team environments* Familiarity with National Instruments tools (TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, LabVIEW)* Experience in digital, analog, RF, and/or power supply test hardware/software design* Skilled in automating commercial test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, analyzers, etc.)
