Systems Engineer
for the SPY-6 and GhostEye radars to support integration and analysis activities. Responsibilities include identifying issues, developing solutions, and verifying implementations, with strong communication to team and leadership. This position can be located onsite in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA, with occasional travel. What You Will Do: Develop concepts of operations for radar systems Develop radar processing algorithms Create radar software requirements Perform statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data Develop analysis tools for problem-solving Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers Present findings to leadership and customers Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s in STEM + 8 years relevant experience Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret US security clearance Experience with radar system/software design and analysis Experience with signal processing in complex environments Design experience in radar components and systems Development experience with DOORS, MATLAB/Python/C++ Technical writing and presentation skills Systems Engineering experience on DoD systems What We Offer:
