Pestie is looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will play a key role in scaling our operations and ensuring products flow seamlessly from vendors to our warehouse and ultimately to customers. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking with a track record of success in global supply chain management. Oversee supplier relationships, with a strong focus on international and broader APAC vendors. Create, manage, and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate documentation. Negotiate contracts, pricing, lead times, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency and reliability. Manage logistics and shipping from overseas manufacturers, including customs clearance and import/export compliance. Monitor supplier performance for quality, compliance, and on-time delivery. Partner with freight forwarders and logistics providers to maintain efficient transportation networks. Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Product teams to align on supply needs and timing. Identify risks in the supply chain and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruptions. Continuously improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support growth. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in supply chain or vendor management. Hands-on experience working with overseas suppliers, with a strong preference for Chinese and APAC vendor management. Skilled in negotiating contracts and managing international logistics. Knowledge of import/export compliance and customs processes. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain tools (ERP, logistics software, Excel). Excellent communication skills; Mandarin language ability is a plus. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
