Cardiac ICU Physicians
at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (NBIMC). Our Medical Center is one of the nation’s largest heart transplant centers with the leading Advanced Heart Failure, Shock, and Mechanical Circulatory Support Programs in NJ, and a known destination for Structural, Complex Coronary, and Endovascular interventions. This is a great opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in a quaternary level cardiovascular center. Position details
The position will be embedded within the Division of Cardiology. The ideal candidate will work with a team of critical care intensivists, cardiologists, critical care advanced practitioners, cardiology fellows and residents. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the multidisciplinary care of critical care patients, including pre and post heart transplant patients, those with temporary and durable mechanical circulatory support devices, and those with other conditions such as myocardial infarction, post-cardiac arrest, pulmonary embolism, and shock.
