OBGYN Research and Education Vice Chair

at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, located in Newark, NJ. This is a great opportunity for an experienced physician looking to take the next step in their career and help contribute to the vision for the future of the OBGYN department. The Vice Chair will practice within the department and oversee clinical activities while also providing leadership and administrative support. This position is located in a diverse inner-city area about 30 minutes outside of NYC, offering close proximity to suburban New Jersey communities, skyline views of NYC, and multicultural restaurants. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

oversee clinical activities within the OBGYN department and provide leadership and administrative support; contribute to academic initiatives and departmental strategy as part of an integrated health system. Qualifications

Board Certification in OBGYN New Jersey license or eligible for licensure At least 7 years of clinical and research experience Commitment to academic excellence, including interest or prior experience in resident and medical student education and clinical research Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong clinical background, and ability to drive and maintain clinical quality standards Generalist and Specialist welcome to apply Compensation and Benefits
