Specializing in ground-up commercial projects up to $20M, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to take ownership of high-value projects and grow their career with a respected builder. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations for ground-up commercial projects. Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure timely completion. Enforce quality control and safety standards throughout all phases of construction. Conduct site meetings, maintain daily reports, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders. Provide leadership on-site, ensuring smooth coordination between field and office teams. Requirements: Up to 7 years of experience in commercial construction (ground-up experience required). Proven ability to manage projects up to $20M in value. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and ability to foster strong relationships with subcontractors and clients. Stable career history with solid tenures at previous employers.
