Project Manager

Our client, a well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation in the Dallas market, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Specializing in ground-up commercial projects, including grocery stores, big box retail, and select healthcare facilities, this contractor offers a solid pipeline of high-profile work and long-term career growth. Responsibilities: Lead and manage ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships. Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain quality and safety standards throughout all phases of construction. Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager on ground-up commercial projects (grocery, big box, or healthcare experience preferred). Proven track record of strong, consistent tenures with previous employers – stability is a must. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
