The

Infor Project Manager

will oversee

multiple cross-functional projects

spanning departments like

HR, Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Services , supporting Infor ERP solutions such as

Infor M3 or Infor CloudSuite . The role involves managing full project lifecycles from SOW to execution while aligning teams and resources, tracking budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), and ensuring key KPIs are met.We are currently seeking a

Infor Project Manager to support multiple distribution and logistics projects for a client in the food chain sector. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the

primary point of contact

for managing and executing task orders across food chain distribution projects. Support the

Program Manager

in collaborating with client leadership, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners. Ensure delivery of

technical and operational solutions

aligned with project goals, including distribution automation, ERP/WMS integrations, and cold chain logistics improvements. Drive

project planning , scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and budget tracking. Manage

cross-functional teams , assigning responsibilities and tracking milestones. Create and maintain project documentation, including

status reports, communication plans, and risk logs . Ensure adherence to

SLA and performance metrics , facilitating issue resolution promptly. Coordinate

project reviews , sprint planning (if Agile), and post-implementation analysis. Travel up to

25% annually

to client distribution centers or corporate offices. Requirements:

Minimum 15+ years

of experience in project management, preferably in

supply chain, distribution, or retail industry. Experience managing multiple task orders or project tracks simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in

warehouse systems , inventory management, logistics, or fulfillment systems (e.g., Infor WMS, Oracle SCM, SAP EWM, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP Certification

or equivalent project management credential. Bachelor’s degree

in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree). Experience working with

cross-cultural and geographically dispersed teams . Travel requirement : Up to 25% annually. Preferred Qualifications:

Serve as the

central point of ownership

for Infor-related projects across business units. Manage and coordinate multiple task orders and programs

including Purchase Orders (POs), Statements of Work (SOWs), procurement steps, and vendor management. Ensure alignment of

project scope, timelines, and deliverables

across departments like Finance, HR, SCM, and IT. Handle

project planning, milestone tracking, change control , and performance reviews. Manage

budget forecasting, tracking, and adjustments

across CAPEX/OPEX by engaging stakeholders. Lead

resource planning and allocation

across simultaneous initiatives. Ensure

project documentation

is complete, accessible, and audit-ready. Identify funding opportunities, validate ROI, and justify additional budget as needed. Define, track, and report

KPIs and success metrics , ensuring delivery of business value. Engage with senior stakeholders to

escalate issues, adjust scope , and align priorities. Collaborate with

Infor vendors, internal IT teams , and external consultants for implementation, upgrade, or process optimization projects. Work closely with

finance teams

to update forecasts and facilitate budget realignment. Requirements:

5+ years

of experience in project or program management, specifically in ERP (Infor preferred) within distribution or manufacturing environments. Strong domain understanding in

at least 3-4 functions

among Finance, HR, SCM, Procurement, Customer Service, and IT. Proven ability to manage

multiple simultaneous projects and diverse stakeholder groups . Experience with

project budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX tracking , KPI reporting, and performance management. Experience managing full

SOW, procurement, and contract processes . Proficiency in

project management tools

(e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

Infor M3, Infor CloudSuite, or related ERP platforms . Familiarity with food distribution/logistics operations and warehouse systems. Agile or hybrid methodology exposure. Experience interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
