Infor LN ERP Administrator
to take ERP performance and efficiency to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of manufacturing operations, optimizing business processes and driving system enhancements. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on Infor LN experience in manufacturing environments, but those with a proven track record on other major ERP platforms are encouraged to apply. What Will You Do Administer and maintain the
Infor LN ERP
system to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability across the organization.
Oversee functional areas within Infor LN, including: Finance:
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting
Manufacturing:
Bill of Materials (BOM), Routing, Scheduling, Quality, Work Orders
Supply Chain:
Procurement, Warehousing, Lot/Serial Tracking
Service:
Field Service, Warranty, Installed Base
Engineering:
Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Infor Document Management (IDM), Product Configurator (PCS Projects)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ERMCO Business Relationship Managers, to assess business requirements, design solutions, and manage implementation through structured project management.
Configure and maintain Infor LN and related modules to support evolving business needs.
Support data governance initiatives, including data migration across tenants (DEV, TST, TRN, PRD) in the Infor CloudSuite environment.
Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within the ERP system.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues to minimize downtime and operational disruption.
Coordinate and support ERP upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Deliver training and provide ongoing support to end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Evaluate the impact of system customizations on long-term maintainability and recommend best practices.
Qualifications
What Will You Need Qualifications Proven experience as an ERP Administrator, with strong preference for Infor LN expertise.
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of ERP system architecture, modules, and end-to-end business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex ERP issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while contributing to team initiatives.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant ERP or Infor LN certifications are a plus.
