$28.05/Hour Securitas is looking for an

Administrative Scheduler

in the Seattle area! This individual will directly coordinate schedules for Security Officers allocated to one of the largest employers in the world. This position is fast-paced and has a heavy focus on technical computer skills to effectively ensure all shifts have optimal coverage. The scheduler is responsible for maintaining staffing levels and communicating with team members to provide updates on scheduling progress and forecasting. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness, and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment. What Your Day May Look Like Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated. Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions. Prepare, file, and submit various reports as required. Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities. Additional assignments include interviewing, orienting, and training new employees. Address complaints and resolve employee issues. Coach and appraise performance and offer hiring/termination recommendations alongside upper management. High school diploma or GED required Strong computer / technology skills needed Top notch customer service skills are essential for this position Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus Strong service delivery orientation Preferred 1 year of experience in scheduling capacity planning, organizing, and leadership Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures Ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.
