Quick Lane Advisor

to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a smooth and efficient service experience by accurately recording customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process. Compensation:

$1,200 Bi-weekly w/$450 Bi-weekly draw Schedule

Schedule:

7 AM – 6 PM (with 1 off day during week day), Saturdays hours 7 AM – 3 PM required Benefits

3% base commission on total sales, Parts & Labor, Customer sales, Warranty paid Bi-weekly .5% additional commission if CSI above FORD Regional Goal (Must maintain CSI score of 4.75) .5% additional commission if total prior month sales are above $100,000 earns for the next month Health, medical, and dental coverage 401(k) plan Paid time off and vacation Opportunities for growth Employee vehicle purchase plans Long-term job security Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and assess their service needs Prepare accurate and detailed service orders and estimates Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs Provide clear status updates to customers about their vehicles Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area Handle customer questions and resolve issues promptly Recommend additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant Previous dealership experience preferred Strong automotive knowledge and ability to identify problems quickly Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software Ability to understand new technology, repair, and service procedures Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer
