Responsibilities: Leadership Excellence: Oversee and lead a team ofHVACtechnicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuousimprovement Revenue Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the HVAC division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams toidentifynew business opportunities andoptimizeexisting customerrelationships Operational Optimization: Collaborate with other departments tooptimizeoperations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reducecosts Technical Expertise: Provide technicalexpertiseand guidance to team members. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the team deliverscutting-edgeHVACservices Customer Satisfaction: Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer concerns. Foster a customer-centric approach within theteam Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
