Why This Role is Critical
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead and scale our
in-home sales
operations in the Northern Virginia market. You will drive
performance, coaching, accountability, and growth
across a talented team of Comfort Consultants and Home Advisors who sell HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions to residential homeowners.
This is a leadership role with
direct impact on revenue growth and customer experience
— and one of the highest-profile leadership opportunities in our business.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of
in-home sales professionals , ensuring they meet and exceed
monthly revenue and conversion targets
Build a culture of
urgency, accountability, integrity, and service-first selling
Work in close partnership with Marketing, Operations, and Service leadership to maximize
lead generation, lead conversion, and profitability
Implement world-class
sales training, processes, and coaching
to continuously raise performance levels
Manage and optimize key metrics —
close rates, average ticket size, finance penetration, sales cycle times , and more
Drive high levels of
customer satisfaction and positive online reputation
from the point of sale through project completion
Foster an environment of
teamwork, energy, and a winning mentality
Help recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent as we continue to scale
What We’re Looking For
Proven success as a
Sales Manager or Sales Leader
in a high-volume, customer-centric sales environment
Experience leading
in-home sales teams , preferably in residential services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, etc.)
Ability to
coach salespeople of all experience levels , from rookies to veterans
Track record of driving strong performance in
sales, profitability, and customer experience
Data-driven and metrics-oriented — must be comfortable managing the numbers and holding others accountable
A team builder who can
attract, retain, and inspire top sales talent
High integrity and a deep commitment to delivering
exceptional experiences for both employees and customers
A bias for
action, urgency, and continuous improvement
