Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner (all genders) with focus on OT & Embedded to join our team. This role encompasses leading product initiatives for our Remote Connectivity product (TeamViewer Tensor), working closely in tandem with the Product Manager. As part of the Product Management Team, this position offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful, OT-driven solutions in a dynamic, agile environment.
Act as a Product Owner (all genders) within an agile Scrum team, closely collaborating within the Product Management and Development team to lead product initiatives from planning to release
Craft and manage the OT-focused product roadmap for a widely-installed product, integrating OT & zero-trust security features effectively
Serve as a bridge between customers and the development team, converting customer needs & painpoints into clear product requirements, and tracking KPIs relevant to our OT remote access solutions
Ensure clear understanding and support of product goals among the development team members
Lead the agile product development process, overseeing the integration of OT product capabilities, and collaborate with various departments including Software Development, UX, Marketing, and Sales
Requirements
A university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field
Proven work experience in the following areas: product development, software development and quality assurance
Demonstrated expertise in software development, with a strong emphasis on OT & Embedded technologies and solid understanding of embedded systems and Linux operating system.
Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product features and user stories.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulations in OT environments, industrial control systems (SCADA, PLCs, etc.), Qt and network architectures is a plus.
Proficiency in English is a must, additional languages such as German are beneficial
