Responsibilities As
Senior Product Manager
(all genders) for
TeamViewer One , you’ll be at the forefront of building our
next‑generation digital workplace platform . You’ll transform how IT teams manage, support and empower employees by uniting endpoint management, automation, remote connectivity and
Digital Employee Experience
into one seamless product. In this role, you’ll set vision and strategy, partner with world‑class engineers and designers, and deliver innovative solutions that keep millions of devices secure, productive, and one step ahead of problems. Your impact will be felt directly by IT leaders and end users across the globe.
Develop deep
understanding of our users : IT managers, IT admins, ServiceDesk agents, and MSPs.
Drive discovery: validate ideas via user interviews, prototypes, telemetry & data analysis.
Continuously
define and evolve the vision, strategy, and compelling product narrative
for TeamViewer One.
Own the
end‑to‑end roadmap , from early ideation to delivery and continuous iteration.
Collaborate with engineering, design/UX, data/AI, security, operations, marketing, sales, and support.
Track KPI and success metrics, and pivot when needed.
Support launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of new product iterations.
Mentor junior PMs / POs in your area of influence.
Requirements
University degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business , or equivalent.
Sound experience and a proven track in Product Management, with at least two different successfully accompanied products in
leading B2B SaaS products or platforms .
Experience working with (or in)
endpoint/device management, remote support, DEX or related software products .
Skilled in
data‑driven decision‑making : telemetry, cohort analysis, A/B testing, dashboards.
Technical depth: comfort with APIs, data pipelines, integrations, security, identity (SSO, RBAC).
Strong in
stakeholder management , communication, and influencing across levels.
Familiarity with agile/lean product practices.
English fluency (written & spoken); German is a plus.
