JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides critical care services at Acute Care sites. Responsible for history and physical exams for patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Rounds on assigned critical care patients. Complies with all facility and Adfinitas quality initiatives. Partners with and oversees Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Leads Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) codes and Rapid Response Team evaluations. REQUIREMENTS
BE/BC in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine Strong critical care skill set Manage ventilators Complete central lines Perform intubations Quality-focused team player Experience working with advanced practice providers Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team Effective oral and written communication skills Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Active (state) license, American Heart Association CPR Certification, DEA License, state Controlled Substance Registration ABOUT US - ADFINITAS HEALTH
