We are in search of an RN or LPN Wellness Director (Director of Nursing) to join our team. This position also has an LPN Assistant Wellness Director reporting to assist with leadership of the nursing department. Responsibilities include: Implementing policies and procedures related to resident care and overseeing all health-related services. Managing, coordinating, and directing activities in compliance with state and federal regulations and community policies. Establishing relationships with healthcare professionals and residents’ providers. Performing other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Licensed or Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience in home health or geriatric nursing in a similar role. At least one year of supervisory experience required.
