We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Representative.

The Virtual Sales Representative is responsible for engaging HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel.

In the assigned territory, the VSR will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.

Develop and adhere to a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in the CRM system.

Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.

Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience

Expert selling skills in customer engagement and relationship building via e-promotion

Skilled in using virtual communication tools, CRM software, and general computer applications.

Ability to learn quickly and apply disease state and product knowledge to promote products in a highly compliant manner

Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in multi-tasking

Desired Requirements

Virtual/inside healthcare sales experience strongly preferred

Experience selling within Women's Healthcare space
