Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Join to apply for the Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representative role at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions Responsibilities
Engage HCPs to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion. Customers include physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel. Plan and organize activities in the assigned territory to ensure regular coverage according to a plan of action and administer territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations. Develop and adhere to a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of targets. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Clearly articulate clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually. Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience Expert selling skills in customer engagement and relationship building via e-promotion Skilled in using virtual communication tools, CRM software, and general computer applications Ability to learn quickly and apply disease state and product knowledge to promote products in a highly compliant manner Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in multi-tasking Desired Requirements
Virtual/inside healthcare sales experience strongly preferred Experience selling within Women\'s Healthcare space Why Syneos Health
