As an estimator, you will play a key role estimating and managing heavy civil projects throughout the Greater Phoenix area. While your primary focus will be on estimating large‑scale projects, you’ll also have the chance to manage select projects from bid award to completion, offering a full cradle‑to‑grave project experience.
What You’ll Do
Estimate and manage heavy civil construction projects throughout the Greater Phoenix area.
Take charge of projects from bid through to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
Collaborate with a dynamic team in a company with progressive leadership and a culture of excellence.
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a strong background in excavation, underground utilities, site concrete, or paving.
Experience with ADOT (Arizona Department of Transportation) is preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Bid2Win, Hard Dollar, AutoCAD, Agtek, and/or Bluebeam.
Competency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
A four‑year degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
Negotiated project experience and technical writing skills are a plus.
Employee Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150K – $200K DOE
