Grounds Maintenance Associate Pay:
$15.49/hr Responsibilities
Remove litter and debris from sidewalks, street gutters, and alleyways to ensure a clean environment. Eliminate graffiti and unwanted posters from light posts, trashcans, and fences on EMR properties. Perform weed abatement to keep all EMR properties looking neat and well-maintained. Report broken infrastructure and graffiti on private properties to the appropriate parties. Submit daily written reports detailing completed tasks and accomplishments. Carry out other assigned duties as necessary. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to perform tasks independently as well as in a team environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle physically demanding work and outdoor conditions. Benefits and equal opportunity
