Description Leidos is seeking an Electronics Manufacturing Test Engineer to support our Electronics Manufacturing Facility within the Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects involving analog, mixed-signal, and RF applications at the board and system level. Responsibilities include: Developing test hardware and software from requirements to deployment at manufacturing facilities. Collaborating with design, test, and manufacturing engineers to understand assembly and testing requirements. Working with suppliers to manufacture test hardware. Implementing test software for testing production assemblies. Identifying and mitigating test readiness issues. Setting up manual or automated test equipment for functional, environmental, and life tests. Analyzing test results and recommending corrective actions. Improving test procedures to simplify testing and assembly processes. This position involves working on products for both military and commercial customers, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 2-6 years. Experience testing electronic assemblies with in-circuit functional testers. Proficiency in schematic capture and test hardware design. Experience developing test code using NI LabVIEW, TestStand, or Python. Troubleshooting skills down to the electronic component level. Proficiency in using test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc. Computer skills for manufacturing documentation and control processes. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related experience. NI LabVIEW certification (CLAD/CLD). Knowledge of RF test equipment such as Network and Spectrum Analyzers.
