QUALI002752 We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive product and process excellence at J.W. Speaker. As a Quality Engineer, you will work across molding, SMT, and assembly to establish and maintain quality requirements, lead scrap reduction efforts, and train associates on customer expectations. Responsibilities: Identify and lead internal rejections and scrap reduction efforts using problem-solving methodologies. Support molding, SMT, and assembly zones in identification, development, and implementation of effective quality control methodologies. Support all zones in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen events and corrective action efforts. Conduct ongoing review, analysis, and reporting of key customer metrics, including PPM, Out-of-Box failures, and Warranty failures. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in quality engineering and an understanding of ISO/IATF standards.
