Job Summary Pay:
$65,000 – $80,000 annually (Based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Job Type:
Full-time, On-site
Responsibilities
Review and disposition customer returns daily
Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality issues
Prepare monthly PPM reports
Perform monthly audits (MQC, IS, FMEA)
Represent the company in customer quality meetings
Support production with quality processes and inspections
Analyze warranty parts
Develop inspection standards and resolve service part quality issues
Lead daily Kaizen reporting
Conduct Daily Strike Team meetings and follow-up
Support QC and Lab Technicians
Lead Scrap Reduction Team
Generate continuous improvement ideas
Lead audits in line with IATF standards
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Quality Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1+ year of experience, or
Associate’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or
5+ years of direct experience in quality engineering without a degree
Tier 1 OEM experience and new vehicle launch exposure preferred
Strong understanding of gauges and gauge makers
IATF 16949 audit and system experience
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and interface cross-functionally
Proficient in professional reporting and technical documentation
