Reports to the Team Lead and Program Leadership Interface with real-time O&M personnel, both within GTG and other Associate Contractors Work in an open environment with frequent and direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers Provide 24x7 on-call support Attend and participate in COMSEC coordination meetings Ship and receive all COMSEC related equipment Observe and follow the COMSEC Material Control System guidelines, including inventory and equipment audits Develop and administer training and indoctrination to all accessed personnel, including annual refresher training Maintain personal training and certifications Note: This may or may not be a full-time position; personnel may share duties with other functions Active and transferrable TS/SCI with polygraph U.S. government issued clearance is required prior to start date Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Experience working on operational systems within an Operational and Maintenance (O&M) environment Preferred Qualifications
Existing Certified CRO (COMSEC Responsible Officer) certification Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to learn and understand a wide application of technical theories and concepts Ability to work in a multi-tasking dynamic environment under general direction Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to perform well under stress in real-time environments Positive attitude and teamwork What We Offer
