Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. Will consider individuals who are currently awaiting bar results.
Hours:
Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 A.M – 4:30 P.M
Salary:
Entry level starts at $70,000 and increases commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Represent over 60 county agencies, departments, and townships in a variety of civil legal matters.
Draft legal opinions, contracts, and other legal documents; provide practical and proactive legal advice to public officials.
Appear in court proceedings at various levels, including local, appellate, and federal courts.
Work closely with other attorneys and public servants in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Embrace opportunities for hands-on learning and real-time problem-solving.
Be a flexible, resourceful professional who enjoys working on a team and contributing to shared goals.
