Facilities & Maintenance Planner / Scheduler
Location: Casa Grande, AZ (On-Site) Pay Range: $31–$33/hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our facilities and maintenance teams by planning, scheduling, and coordinating all maintenance, calibration, and facilities activities. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills who is familiar with technical or trade environments — not an engineering role.
You’ll collaborate closely with Facilities and Maintenance Supervisors, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure all preventive maintenance and calibration work is completed on schedule and without impacting production.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, estimate, schedule, and organize all facilities, maintenance, and calibration activities.
Coordinate planned work including preventive maintenance, calibrations, and shutdown activities with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Balance and assign resources efficiently based on priorities and workload.
Participate in weekly planning meetings with Supply Chain and Operations.
Track and maintain Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
Conduct field checks to verify accuracy of maintenance plans and schedules.
Perform change control updates for equipment and maintenance documentation.
Monitor and log equipment status changes; maintain up-to-date equipment configuration records for compliance.
Support benchmarking with other sites to identify cost savings opportunities for materials, equipment, and processes.
Required Qualifications
Education: High Schol Diploma
Experience: 3+ years in a facilities, maintenance, or manufacturing support environment.
Skills:
Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
Familiarity with maintenance planning or CMMS systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and technical staff
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor degree or associate degree
