Overview Maintenance Planner

Location: Casa Grande,AZ (fully onsite)

Job Description The primary objective of this role is to coordinate, plan, and schedule all facilities maintenance and calibration activities. The Planner will collaborate with facilities and maintenance supervisors, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure all preventive maintenance and calibration tasks are completed on schedule, minimizing any impact on production supply.

Responsibilities

Plan, estimate, schedule, and organize facilities maintenance and calibration activities.

Benchmark with other sites for cost reduction through materials and equipment cost improvements.

Serve as the contact point for planned activities, including preventive maintenance, facilities shutdowns, calibration, and other engineering‑related tasks.

Balance resource utilization and assign resources accordingly.

Participate in weekly planning meetings with Supply Chain and Operations.

Monitor and maintain Maintenance Key Performance Indicators.

Conduct field checks to ensure accuracy of planning activities.

Perform change control for updates to equipment and maintenance documentation.

Monitor and manage equipment status changes, including new equipment identification and logging.

Enter, update, and maintain Equipment Configurations for compliance.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical).

Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance management, operations management, and production management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in maintenance and operations management.

Strong supervision and organizational skills.

Work Environment The role involves working closely with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams. The Planner will participate in weekly planning meetings and conduct field checks. The work environment is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and effective communication skills to ensure successful maintenance and calibration activities.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
