Key Responsibilities We’re looking for a

Sourcing & Production Lead

to strengthen our vendor partnerships, streamline production terms, and drive operational excellence across our

Apparel and Beauty

categories.

You’ll be the right hand to the Global Sourcing, Production & Quality Sr. Manager — coordinating vendor negotiations, managing production timelines, and ensuring every agreement, term, and follow-up is executed flawlessly. This role demands precision, strong cross-cultural communication (including

Mandarin ), and a balance of commercial acumen with hands‑on follow‑through.

Coordinate and

track vendor commercial terms

— including MOQ, FOB, payment, and lead time agreements.

Maintain up‑to‑date

vendor documentation, negotiation history, and compliance reports.

Support

vendor meetings, negotiations, and follow‑ups , ensuring actions are logged and executed on time.

Assist in

cost benchmarking and quote analysis , preparing comparison decks and negotiation materials.

Lead the preparation and updates of

Vendor Negotiation Guidelines

and the

Factory Allocation Matrix.

Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Beauty Operations teams to align timelines and standards.

Monitor vendor onboarding documentation, renewal calendars, and risk trackers.

Support the

evaluation and onboarding of new vendors , gathering data and ensuring readiness.

Deliver

dashboards and summaries

on cost trends, lead times, and vendor performance.

Contribute to

process improvement and documentation turnaround , leveraging structure and proactive communication.

Fluent Mandarin and English

(written and spoken).

3+ years

in vendor management, sourcing coordination, or production support (apparel or beauty preferred).

Strong understanding of

vendor negotiation processes, costing, and supply chain timelines.

Exceptional organization and attention to detail — able to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.

Comfortable using

spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools

for vendor tracking and cost analysis.

Skilled communicator, able to build trust with both external factories and internal stakeholders.

Growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational inefficiencies.
