Core Requirements : Bachelor's degree 5+ years' experience in Sales, Program, or Product Management Proven success managing a product P&L Ability to travel to meet current prospective customers Preferred Requirements : MBA degree Aerospace industry experience This role will be responsible for a product line within the business unit, including responsibility for driving sales results. The successful candidate will be capable of leading cross-functional teams consisting of members from Operations, Engineering, and Sales.
