The Work This position will provide direct support to the Program Manager for the execution of current and future business goals, contract execution on multiple contracts, customer objectives, and formulation of new business strategies. You will determine customer requirements and translate them into organizational plans, including the development of SOWs, WBS, Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Risk Assessments, Schedule Metric generation and reporting, and all activities related to execution of the Program. You will have a high-level overview of the Program and will proactively address schedule conflicts and plan execution. You must interface with a multi-discipline team, Program Managers, Cost Account Managers, external Customers and Subcontractors.

Basic Qualifications
Active Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Subject Matter Expert with OPP or similar scheduling software
Extensive experience with Planning and Scheduling and demonstrated leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of IMP and IMS development, analysis, and maintenance, and all schedule‑related artifacts
Subject Matter Expert in Earned Value Management (EVMS) and IPMR reporting
Extensive experience with Schedule metrics generation & reporting
Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management‑level reporting and presentation to all levels of Leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem‑solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Skills
Open Plan scheduling software experience
Experience working with Agile
Extensive experience with Planning and demonstrated effectiveness in a leadership role
Cost and Schedule integration with regard to EVMS
Risk & Opportunity Management
Ability to multi‑task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle complex issues, and meet deadlines
Experience in project management
Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
Work Schedule Onsite full‑time: the work will be performed onsite at a Lockheed Martin facility. Schedule: 4×10‑hour day, 3 days off per week. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules; schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week to condensed schedules with additional time away from the office.
