The team develops and delivers simulation solutions for the F-35 program, with a focus on the performance and reliability of the simulation systems. What You Will Be Doing

As the Control Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and technical execution of work scope across multiple contracts. Apply Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles to perform cost and schedule variance analysis, develop monthly estimate to complete assessments, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Identify and assess risk and opportunity impacts, implement scope changes, and baselining new projects in accordance with established monthly business rhythms. Collaborate with Project and Deputy Project Leads to resolve conflicts and ensure adherence to department and program processes. What’s In It For You

Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and/or CAM and its application in a large-scale project environment. Strong understanding of planning and scheduling tools and techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a related field from an accredited college or university. Desired Skills

Technical degree preferred. Control Account Manager experience. Familiarity with the F-35 Mission Systems domain. Experience in estimating technical development tasks. Experience in team leadership and project management. EVMS/CAM certified (CAM 101 test passed). Experience in contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation). In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and interact with diverse stakeholders. Active Secret clearance. EEO
