Job Summary: As an integral part of S&OP, this role works closely with Shiseido International Affiliates for all company brands regarding end-to-end order management. This role collaborates with Supply/Forecasting and with Shiseido Distribution Center on order fulfillment and on-time shipment. It also partners with key stakeholders on process improvement initiatives including development, testing, documentation, and implementation. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Main point of contact for Shiseido International Affiliates for respective brands/regions. Support Intl Affiliates as it relates to orders, shipments, urgent needs for sales activities, and process improvements. Validate and process monthly orders for Intl Affiliates; maintain monthly process adherence. Identify order discrepancies and work with Supply/Demand Planning, Intl Affiliates, and/or other relevant teams to resolve them. Collaborate with Supply/Demand Planning on Intl Affiliate needs, including allocations fulfillment, and managing orders around stock constraints. Maintain Intl Affiliates’ contact lists and distribute daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports as required to Intl Affiliates and management. Analyze sales and shipment fulfillment reports in relation to order management and KPIs. Manage sell-in quantities for Limited Edition Launches and POSM; execute 2x year chargeback process. Maintain and upkeep orderly records, uphold best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Partner with Transportation to prioritize shipping plans and ensure on-time shipments. Partner with Supply/Demand on monthly demand review calls as needed to understand Intl Affiliate trends and answer order/shipment questions. Partner with SAC Distribution Center to resolve inquiries and process discrepancy claims for Intl Affiliates. Participate in cross-departmental meetings with Key Stakeholders to understand business priorities and provide related support as needed. Partner with S&OP, ExOps, NPC/NPD, Transportation, and Quality to execute drop shipments from external shipping points direct to Intl Affiliates. Partner with IT SAP to resolve tickets opened to identify and resolve technical errors. Partner with Global Business Partners on transformation initiatives processes including design, testing, support, and signoff as needed. Qualifications & Competencies: 2+ years’ experience in sales operations, allocations, supply chain or related function preferred You are a highly motivated, self-starting individual and strategic thinker You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills You have advanced knowledge of Excel You have knowledge of supply chain and operations You have strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) You have strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines You are comfortable with shifting priorities and rapid changes.
