Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment. This on-site role near Canton, TX is responsible for procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery. Main Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and implement supply chain strategies aligned with production goals and business objectives
Oversee purchasing, planning, logistics, inventory, and supplier performance
Collaborate closely with production and service teams to ensure material availability and operational continuity
Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, including OTIF and inventory turns
Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2–5 direct reports
Key Skills
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred)
Ability to analyze complex issues and implement data-driven solutions
Educational & Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain roles within manufacturing
Professional certifications (APICS, CPIM, CPSM) are a plus

This is an on-site position located between Terrell, TX and Canton, TX, just off Highway 80
