Objective We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to oversee the EMS managed end-to-end supply chain operations for DC high power chargers production. The successful candidate will optimize procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to achieve on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.

Evaluate and monitor the end-to-end supply chain to ensure reliable, cost-effective supply of materials and on-time fulfillment of production orders.

Align supply chain activities with the company’s strategic goals, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Control and evaluate EMS supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures that optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Manage EMS supplier relationships, especially for European suppliers, including evaluation, on-time deliveries and BOM cost impacts.

Oversee demand planning, production planning, and master scheduling to balance supply with demand and minimize stockouts or overstock.

Optimize inventory levels across warehouses and production sites; implement ABC analyses, safety stocks, and replenishment strategies.

Monitor and improve key metrics (OTIF, service level, on-time delivery, inventory turns, order cycle time, total landed cost, return rates).

Cooperate with Procurement, Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, IT to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage PPV requests according to business, product cost and delivery impacts.

Control EMS supplier risk assessments, contingency planning, and business continuity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and data analytics tools.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
