Facilities Manager

* Establish and maintain a safety-first culture through promotion of safe work practices, timely training, and recognition programs* Implement safety tools including Take 2s, Pre-Task Plans (STA), Safe Operating Practices, Safety Observation tours, and Incident Investigations (5 Whys)* Ensure regulatory and standard safety requirements are implemented and maintained* Drive safety culture adoption across portfolio including subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors* Participate in Energy and Environmental meetings with appropriate follow-up on identified issues* Support sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance requirements* **Leadership Experience**: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams in a facilities environment* **Facilities Management Knowledge**: Demonstrated understanding of facility operations, maintenance, and building systems* **Budget Management**: Experience managing operating expense budgets and financial reporting* **Safety Management**: Knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and safety culture development* **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ability to resolve complex facility issues* **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for stakeholder management* **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with focus on client satisfaction* **Project Management**: Ability to deliver results within established timelines and manage multiple priorities* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field* **Certifications**: Relevant facilities management certifications (CFM, SFP, FMP, or similar)* **Industry Experience**: 3-5 years of facilities management experience in commercial real estate* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CMMS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and facilities management systems* **Vendor Management**: Experience managing service contracts and vendor relationships* **Emergency Management**: Experience with emergency response planning and business continuity* **Energy Management**: Knowledge of energy efficiency programs and environmental sustainability practices* **Multi-site Experience**: Experience managing multiple facilities or large portfolio operationsAt JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
