About the Practice:
Join our thriving, Fear Free Certified Veterinary Practice in a fantastic suburb just outside of Cleveland, Ohio! We are a well-established and growing non-corporate small animal and exotics clinic that takes pride in providing high quality, compassionate, and progressive veterinary care. We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian who is fun-loving, an excellent communicator, compassionate, and eager to learn and grow alongside our expanding practice. We understand that you may not know everything, and that's okay – what matters to us is your willingness to learn. We love mentorship! We understand that happy doctors and staff lead to happy healthy pets. Your professional input and your time will be valued here. Flexible scheduling and work life balance are a priority for us. Services We Provide:
Our clinic benefits from its proximity to a progressive college town with clientele who prioritize their pet's health and readily agree to routine monitoring and diagnostic work-ups. We offer state-of-the-art facilities in a comfortable and calm setting, including digital radiographs, ultrasound, digital dental radiography capabilities, as well as a comprehensive range of in-house and send-out lab work options. Additionally, we utilize advanced tools for diagnostics and treatment, such as microscopy, cytology, laser surgery, and laser therapy, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. We also utilize AI record keeping software so that you don't have to write as many notes and can go home sooner!

Our collaborative environment values and implements your ideas, with protocols that evolve based on the latest knowledge and your recommendations. To ensure you can focus on pet care, our robust and experienced support staff handles tasks like routine callbacks and note-taking, creating a seamless and supportive work experience. Compensation: Build your own Compensation Package, see below: Base Salary starting at $120,000 and increasing based on experience and ability.
