Beautiful 3,100 square foot hospital featuring 4 exam rooms
Highly skilled veterinary support staff that can run appointments, assist in surgery, run anesthesia, and perform dentals
Fully electronic medical records running on Cornerstone
Providing care not for just our furry canine and feline friends but also exotics, avian, and pocket pets too!
Background and Experience
Strong leadership skills (prior experience in a leadership role is a plus!)
Ability to collaborate with our existing team
Have a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Build and uphold existing relationships with the local community
Be hardworking, honest, and confident in your abilities
Key Responsibilities
Grow relationships within the practice and the community
Encourage the growth of support staff members
Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments
Oversee the medical care of all patients
Serve as the veterinarian of record for all required hospital permits and licenses
Partner with hospital leadership to ensure medical quality
Assist Practice Manager with the staffing and scheduling
Compensation We offer flexible compensation options: choose between base salary, salary + production, or production only—whichever style fits your needs the best! We’re also offering a generous sign-on bonus and no negative accrual for this role.
