Exciting Externship Opportunity for Innovative Practice South of Green Bay Great Lakes Veterinary Clinic is a bustling practice that offers general and urgent care services in the Neenah, Wisconsin, area. We are inviting you to join us as an extern. This excellent opportunity will teach students how to practice top-notch medicine, gain valuable hands-on clinical experience, and enrich the lives of patients and clients along the way. Led by
Dr. Randy Van Maanen , students will gain real-life, “in the trenches” experience, gather patient information and history, perform physical exams, create treatment plans, diagnostics, and surgical & dentistry services. What Makes This Opportunity Special? Externship stipend (clinic year), paid housing, and lifetime subscription of Pocket Prep. Newly renovated cutting-edge hospital in a picturesque location just south of Green Bay Talented & experienced operations and clinical teams to help foster a tight-knit community atmosphere, both among staff and clients Engaging, supportive, and collaborative environment. Ultrasound, DR conventional & dental radiography, Endoscopy, and flexibility to integrate specialty services (coming soon!) About the Hospital General and Dental Surgery, including digital radiology and dental X-ray Full in-house lab (IDEXX) Cutting-edge therapeutic ultrasound DR machine with RAD reports Multiple rooms to offer clients a variety of services, including exotics Excellent work-life balance with
no after-hour or on-call requirements Cohesive culture with a collaborative work setting Our veterinarians also experience a unique 2:1 support staff ratio, collaboration with Dr. Van Maanen, a seasoned professional with over two decades of veterinary wisdom, and the freedom to practice with full medical autonomy.
