The person in this role is crucial to the overall success of the Paper Mill and Somerset Mill and is a key member of the management team. Job Specifications/Requirements: Leadership responsibilities for three Paper Machine departments, Coating & Additives, and Finishing & Shipping Accountabilities include safety, quality, production, and cost Develop technical, business, and leadership capabilities within the paper mill organization Member of the Somerset Mill’s Leadership Team (MLT) Preferred: Experience in pulp mill operations Experience working with printers and/or final customers Entry Requirements: Extensive expertise in coated papermaking operations Proven track record of exceeding performance standards with continuous improvement in safety, quality, production, and total product cost Strong communication and team-building skills Ability to develop employee capabilities Salary is determined by factors such as the value of the role to the organization, market forces, internal equity, and skills brought to the position.
