The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary The Clinical Research Aide will perform a variety of research duties in support of NIH-funded studies related to maternal-child health.
Responsibilities
Recruit and screen study participants to determine eligibility.
Maintain communication with participant families.
Coordinate study visits and administer clinical and neuropsychological assessments.
Track and enter data into databases.
Assist with MRI scans of women and infants.
Track and update the IRB protocol.
Coordinate and administer study visit protocols (e.g., neuropsychological and behavioral assessments).
Process and clean behavioral, physiological, or neuroimaging data.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with emphasis on neuroscience and behavioral psychology.
Preferred Qualifications
Spanish language fluency (preferred).
A two-year commitment to the position (preferred).
Other Requirements
Successful completion of all online systems training requirements.
Experience with early childhood/pregnant women research or clinical work.
Experience with data coding and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
