Position Summary
The clinical research aide will perform a variety of research duties in support of funded studies related to maternal-child health. Responsibilities include recruiting study participants, screening for eligibility, maintaining communication with families, coordinating visits, administering assessments, tracking data, assisting with MRI scans, and managing IRB protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and in teams, and an interest in learning new skills, including phlebotomy and biospecimen collection. Responsibilities
Assist with recruiting and screening participants. Coordinate and administer study visit protocols, including physiological, neuropsychological, and behavioral assessments. Process and clean behavioral, physiological, or neuroimaging data. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in neuroscience, behavior, or psychology. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in early childhood, pregnant women research, or clinical settings. Other Requirements
Successful completion of all online training requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills, data coding experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Fluency in Spanish. A two-year commitment to the position. Note: The salary will be set based on various factors, including departmental budgets, qualifications, and experience. The posted range of $53,000 - $68,000 is an estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
